1. knit a garment with more than 1 colour at a time
2. buy cheap yarn (i.e. arcrylic)
3. knit for those deemed unworthy
4. knit on commission
5. spin or ply
6. knit without a goal (I’m not a process knitter)
7. admit defeat
8. spend hours trying to figure out how to knit 7 into 5
9. knit something useless
10. knit something ugly
Remember, rules were made to be broken (esp. #2 and 5)
Yay, James was worthy!! That makes my day. (I have knitting fantasies but no realities. Unless you count the baby blanket I managed to make before J was born. It’s a good thing he was small because I gave up on the blanket when it was still pretty small. Perfect for a 6-pounder. Don’t be aghast, it’s acrylic).

heh, “knitty knatia” how about that? I find this truly hilarious. Too many days in a row writing grant applications makes elyn’s brain go funny.
