phlox socks — done

Filed under: Knitting FOs — freeformkatia @ 12:46 pm

Woohoo!
And, I broke a needle on the 2nd last row of the 2nd sock.

Knit these in elann.com’s Classic Elite “Phlox” on size 0 (2mm) bamboo dpns. Toe-up, of course. These are destined for my mom.

And I started a cotton shawl from the Traditional Knitted Shawls book … I’ll try and take a picture tonight of the WIP.

If anyone wants a Christmas stocking stuffer idea for me: bamboo dpns in size 0 (2mm), please. Thankfully I have a set of Inox size 0 that I got from my grandmother’s stash… I’ll continue to limp along on those in the meantime.

  1. Very nice! I’ll have to check out the elann yarns– I’ve been wanting to make socks with some kind of cotton blend.
